Seasonal Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

Opticall BPO is seeking a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Associate to support its growing recruitment needs. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, handling pre‑screenings, candidate profiling, interview scheduling, and various back‑office tasks that ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Review and source potential candidates from platforms such as LinkedIn, email, and social media.
• Guide candidates through pre‑hire documentation, medical exams, and onboarding paperwork.
• Conduct interviews for agent positions based on business requirements.
• Support Talent Acquisition Specialists by pre‑screening and scheduling interviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and interview efficiency.
• Apply HR recruiting best practices consistently.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruiting or human resources.
• College degree preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
