About the role
Help great people find work where they can thrive. Viva is hiring a Talent Partner to make our hiring process clear, thoughtful, and human. You’ll guide candidates from application through pre‑onboarding, while helping us improve how we hire with data, AI, and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Run hiring stages: review applications, conduct interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain our ATS and pipeline, and support pre‑onboarding.
- Create a thoughtful candidate experience: make each step clear, timely, engaging, and respectful.
- Improve how we hire: refine candidate communications, interviews, surveys, and resources, and bring ideas that make the process better.
- Use data and feedback: spot friction and bottlenecks, then turn what you learn into practical improvements.
- Build smarter workflows: use AI and automation to reduce manual work while making more room for human connection.
Required profile
- People‑experience minded: at least 1 year improving the experience of candidates, employees, customers, or another group.
- Strong communicator: C1+ English and clear, confident written and spoken communication.
- Candidate‑focused: notices when people may feel confused, forgotten, heard, or valued and seeks ways to improve their experience.
- Proactive and resourceful: asks good questions, finds solutions, shares ideas, and enjoys a fast‑moving environment.
- Creative and detail‑oriented: cares about how communications and materials look, sound, and feel.
- Comfortable with technology: works with Notion, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, ATS platforms, automation tools, and is curious about AI.
- Interested in growing with a team: has stayed at least 2 years in one of the last 3 roles.
