Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Opticall BPO is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sourcing, profiling, and interviewing activities across a range of positions from Associates to Coordinators. You will partner with hiring managers, manage multiple priorities, and ensure a smooth internal hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full internal and external interview process, from scheduling to candidate communication.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, career fairs, and direct outreach.
• Guide candidates through assessments, interviews, and the overall recruitment journey.
• Analyze job descriptions and qualifications to determine applicant requirements and verify references.
• Apply HR recruiting best practices, identify improvements for candidate experience, and increase interview efficiency.
• Conduct weekly audits in trackers and the ATS to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong oral and written communication.
• Enthusiastic attitude, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
• Willingness for continuous learning and self‑improvement.
