Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

Opticall BPO, a Business Process Outsourcing company founded in 2016, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate. You will support the recruitment process with a focus on production roles such as Customer Service and Sales, handling candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview coordination and follow-up, and providing back-office and administrative support for recruiting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal and external interviews for production roles and other assigned positions
• Review candidates from recruiting channels and conduct pre-screenings and first-round interviews
• Coordinate assessments and second-round interviews
• Guide candidates through the recruitment and pre-hire process with timely communication and follow-up
• Support job fairs, hiring events, employee referral initiatives and other recruiting activities
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS and other trackers, and run weekly audits of them
• Complete back-office duties and reporting, including candidate documentation
• Identify ways to improve the candidate experience and interview process efficiency, and apply HR recruiting best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 6 months of recruiting or HR experience preferred
• Advanced English level
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
