Hiring Journey Analyst – Remote

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Analyst at BairesDev, you will ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates while meeting client deadlines. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding candidates through the recruitment process for both technical and non‑technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, follow up on their progress, and build influential relationships throughout the selection process.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interviews and coding challenges, and serve as the liaison during client interviews.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while keeping candidates engaged.
• Collect and accurately convey candidate information to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.
