Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Opticall BPO, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to support the full recruitment cycle. Your duties include pre‑screening candidates, conducting first‑round interviews, profiling applicants, scheduling interviews, and handling back‑office tasks such as documentation and new‑hire onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Review potential candidates on various platforms.
• Assess resumes from social media, email, LinkedIn, and other recruiting sources.
• Guide candidates through the pre‑hire stage, including documentation and medical exams.
• Interview candidates for agent roles based on business needs.
• Support pre‑screenings and first‑round interviews for agent positions.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and interview process efficiency.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices at all times.

Required profile

• College degree (preferred).
• Minimum 6 months experience in recruiting or human resources (preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
