About the role

The company, a well‑known organization in Nicaragua, is looking for a senior HR leader to drive its human‑resources strategy. The role will ensure legal compliance, develop talent, and strengthen the organizational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement labor‑relations strategies aligned with corporate culture and objectives.
• Guarantee compliance with current labor legislation and regulations.
• Oversee payroll, recruitment, selection, training, performance management, and employee‑engagement activities.
• Develop and execute career‑path and succession‑planning programs.
• Act as a strategic advisor to local teams on labor and organizational matters.
• Enhance internal communication channels to boost employee commitment and alignment.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Administration or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Minimum five years of experience leading HR functions in a managerial position.
