Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Paid Media Specialist to own the end‑to‑end execution and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns. The role is fully remote and focuses on building, managing and continuously improving search, display and performance campaigns for US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch search, display and Performance Max campaigns, structuring them according to strategy.
• Manage keyword targeting, match types, ad creatives, extensions and daily bid adjustments.
• Conduct ongoing optimisation to improve CTR, CPC and conversion metrics.
• Perform regular search‑term analysis, add negative keywords and maintain clean keyword structures.
• Support performance reporting, flag anomalies and collaborate on insights with senior team members.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads accounts.
• Strong understanding of campaign architecture, bid management and negative‑keyword strategy.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously while working independently.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and English communication skills.
