About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on PPC Specialist to support campaign execution and optimization across Google Ads accounts. The role focuses on building campaigns, managing search terms, implementing negatives, and driving ongoing performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch search, display, and performance campaigns, structuring them based on strategy and account needs.
• Conduct ongoing campaign optimizations, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve CTR, CPC, and conversions.
• Perform regular search term analysis, add negative keywords, and refine keyword targeting for efficiency.
• Support performance reporting, flag anomalies, and collaborate with senior team members on insights.

Required profile

• Highly detail‑oriented and data‑driven.

• Comfortable working inside Google Ads daily.

Required skills

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
