Social Media Assistant – Remote (10 hrs/week)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing wellness and self‑optimization startup, is looking for a Social Media Assistant to support the founder in shaping and executing the brand’s content strategy across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn. This part‑time, fully remote role focuses on creating engaging posts, monitoring trends and assisting early business‑development outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Identify emerging social‑media trends and adapt the content plan accordingly.
• Manage direct messages and community interaction on each platform.
• Support initial outreach activities for business development.
• Collaborate with designers to produce visual assets.
• Help set up and maintain the company’s CRM system.
• Participate in weekly catch‑up calls with the founder.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience managing social‑media accounts or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and trend dynamics.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle fast‑changing priorities.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Experience using Notion or similar cloud‑based collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for trend analysis and content generation.
• Basic prompt‑engineering and image‑generation capabilities.
