Facebook Ads Specialist (Remote)

About the role

DashClicks, a fast‑growing white‑label marketing platform, is looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist to join its remote team. You will work with a diverse portfolio of U.S. clients, designing and optimizing paid social campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch end‑to‑end Facebook/Meta Ads strategies, from audience research to full‑funnel execution.
• Design and run systematic tests on creative, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign data, extract insights, and present strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Manage client ad spend, forecast budgets, and ensure strong ROAS.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, aligning campaign tactics with business goals.
• Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure, including Facebook Pixels and GA4.
• Stay up‑to‑date on paid‑social trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Use the company’s project‑management tool to track tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
