Paid Advertising Strategist

About the role

The Paid Advertising Strategist is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within their book of business. They are oriented towards the clients’ business success, tying their efforts to the greater business goals. They are self‑starters and autonomously own their responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership and execution of performance marketing across paid social and paid media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and Bing.
• Lead optimization efforts, manage client budgets, and ensure accurate budget pacing.
• Develop and maintain client testing roadmaps, drive experimentation cadence, and surface proactive strategy recommendations.
• Produce weekly client progress recaps, communicate performance insights and future recommendations.
• Maintain high‑quality QA to avoid revenue‑negative errors and escalate performance risks early.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1‑2 years in an agency setting.
• Hands‑on experience with at least two paid advertising channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Demonstrated ability to develop campaigns, conduct keyword research, write ad copy and perform bid optimizations.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and the Google/Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing and data‑driven storytelling.
