Senior Paid Advertising Strategist – Ecommerce

Power Digital is seeking a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist to lead performance‑marketing strategy and execution for high‑value ecommerce accounts. The role combines deep channel expertise with advanced measurement techniques to drive business‑focused results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance‑marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts, ensuring delivery against client goals.
• Conduct thorough QA, manage budget pacing, and advise on budget adjustments.
• Provide expert‑level management of at least two major ad channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, Snapchat).
• Develop actionable insights from campaign data, maintain testing roadmaps, and drive continuous experimentation.
• Escalate performance risks early and lead strategic conversations around media buying and optimization.
• Mentor junior talent, uphold delivery excellence, and integrate AI and Nova ecosystem tools into workflows.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of digital‑marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
• 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience with at least two paid‑advertising channels listed above.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client‑facing presentation skills, and a self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude.
