Digital Marketing Project Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will serve as the communications and coordination hub between the account team and clients, ensuring digital marketing deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Client Experience team and supported by the PMO, this role works in a fast‑paced, agency environment managing multiple accounts and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, and deliverables using Asana and various communication channels.
• Create and execute deliverable plans, adjusting them as needs evolve.
• Oversee scope, risk, schedule, quality, and stakeholder communication for all deliverables.
• Support account calls with detailed recaps, action items, and diligent follow‑up.
• Evaluate new work requests, assign resources, and schedule tasks.
• Provide regular progress updates to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Conduct risk management, escalating issues proactively.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Professional certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong ability to thrive in fast‑paced, changing environments and manage conflict.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana as a work‑management platform.
• Familiarity with digital marketing disciplines such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, paid social, and analytics.
