Paid Advertising Strategist – Fashion Focus

About the role

As the Paid Advertising Strategist you will own the execution, performance, and growth of fashion‑focused paid campaigns. You will align your work with clients’ business goals and operate autonomously while collaborating with account leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership and execution of performance marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and Bing platforms.
• Lead optimization efforts to improve campaign performance relative to goals.
• Manage client budgets and advise on budget adjustments.
• Provide strategic internal communication and proactive updates to client teams.
• Produce weekly client progress recaps with insights and recommendations.
• Execute end‑to‑end performance reporting with strong presentation creation.
• Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance processes.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1‑2 years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 2 years of direct‑response marketing experience in e‑commerce, lead‑gen or B2B.
• At least 2 years managing Meta Ads for direct‑response campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with Search Engine Marketing (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development).
• Experience with Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Local or Bing Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing and paid media’s role within it.
