Paid Advertising Specialist - Ecommerce

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize ecommerce paid media campaigns. The specialist will support execution across platforms, collaborate with lead strategists, and ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution on Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid platforms, ensuring accurate setup, tracking and zero revenue‑impacting errors.
• Own timelines, budgets, pacing and day‑to‑day performance with high autonomy.
• Build, optimize and monitor ad campaigns end‑to‑end, including reporting and performance analysis.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop test hypotheses and recommend data‑backed optimizations.
• Manage client testing roadmaps and prioritize experiments.
• Prepare and present performance reports using clear data storytelling.
• Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem and AI technologies to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably agency‑based.
• At least 1 year managing direct‑response paid campaigns for ecommerce.
• Experience with Meta or Google Ads and familiarity with additional platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify and client‑facing communication.
• Strong Excel abilities and data‑analytics skills.
• Self‑starter attitude, high energy and dependable work ethic.
