Senior Paid Advertising Strategist – Client Experience

About the role

The Paid Advertising Strategist owns the execution, performance, and growth of paid campaigns for assigned clients, aligning efforts with broader business goals. As a self‑starter, you will collaborate with account leadership to shape strategy, manage reporting, optimizations, and client communications, while delivering insights and forward‑thinking recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership and execution of performance marketing across paid social and paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Bing).
• End‑to‑end campaign build, production, and on‑time delivery across channels.
• Manage client budgets, advise on pacing, and ensure accurate budget pacing.
• Lead optimizations to improve performance relative to goals and maintain QA to avoid revenue impact.
• Develop and maintain client testing roadmaps, project‑manage next steps, and provide weekly performance recaps.
• Escalate performance risks early and differentiate normal fluctuations from genuine account issues.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1‑2 years in an agency setting.
• Hands‑on experience with at least two paid advertising channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and project‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, client‑facing confidence, and desire for a long‑term relationship.
