Programmatic Media Manager – Healthcare

About the role

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Programmatic Media Manager to drive performance, strategy, and account growth for major multi‑channel paid media clients in the healthcare sector. Reporting to the Programmatic Supervisor, you will support media strategy, planning, execution, analysis, reporting and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage designated paid media accounts, meeting pacing and KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Supervisor to define client goals, priorities and efficiency requirements.
• Increase billing and channel support for existing accounts while identifying expansion opportunities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owned accounts, overseeing pacing, performance, optimizations, structural updates and copy revisions.
• Generate reports, write insights and communicate results to clients.
• Contribute to paid media strategy, design and adjust campaign tactics, and run monthly/quarterly tests.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of paid media experience managing budgets of $200K‑$1M per month.
• Proven expertise in programmatic ad platforms (DSPs, DMPs) and full‑funnel strategy.
• Experience with client relationship management, reporting insights and goal‑oriented optimization.

Required skills

• Programmatic DSP platforms (e.g., Viant, StackAdapt, Cadent, Illumin, The Trade Desk, DV360).
• Data Management Platforms (DMPs) and related ad‑tech partners.
• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4.
• Ad copy creation and creative testing cadence.
