Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO, AI Search & Paid Media

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage SEO, AI‑driven search optimization and paid media for our soccer‑focused clients. You will work directly with the founder during onboarding and then take full ownership of retainer accounts, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑page and technical SEO, keyword research, site audits and content briefs across client websites.
• Build, launch and continuously optimise paid campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, handling audience targeting, ad copy and budget pacing.
• Maintain content calendars, schedule publications and oversee content production for each account.
• Track core SEO, PPC and site performance metrics, generate reports and act on under‑performing areas.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of retainer projects, coordinating workflows and keeping clients informed.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience executing digital marketing tasks in SEO, paid media or AI search.
• Process‑driven mindset with a focus on structured workflows and checklist precision.
• Passion for soccer and familiarity with its culture and terminology.

Required skills

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• SEO platforms such as Ahrefs or Semrush.
• On‑page and technical SEO, keyword research, site audit techniques.
