Data Operations Lead – B2B & Lead Generation

About the role

The Data Operations Lead (B2B & Lead Gen) is a senior individual contributor who bridges new‑business, marketing measurement and complex pipeline data delivery. You will own end‑to‑end data onboarding for B2B and lead‑generation clients, support pre‑sales engagements, and ensure data readiness for measurement programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full data onboarding experience post‑signature, from scoping to integration validation and measurement readiness.
• Lead structured data intake sessions to document lead definitions, pipeline stage mapping, CRM field configuration and attribution nuances.
• Coordinate setup of CRM connectors, MAP integrations and demand‑gen platform pipelines, and validate data flow before hand‑off to analytics engineering.
• Join sales calls for large B2B prospects, conduct pre‑signature data audits and produce data profiles to set onboarding expectations.
• Support the Measurement team by preparing pipeline‑focused data for MMM and attribution models, leveraging AI tools where applicable.

Required profile

• 4+ years in data operations, marketing analytics or marketing technology with client‑facing responsibilities.
• Hands‑on experience with B2B and lead‑gen ecosystems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, LinkedIn Ads, 6sense, Demandbase, CallRail, Unbounce).
• Proven ability to ingest and normalize unstructured lead data (CSV, manual spreadsheets, screenshots) using AI‑assisted tooling.
• Strong SQL skills and practical Snowflake experience for day‑to‑day data validation.
• Comfortable speaking to prospects about data capabilities and gathering requirements from non‑technical stakeholders.
