Team Leader – Retail Store

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our store team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to create a welcoming environment, motivate staff, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and step in to lead when they are away.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial performance.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the standards of service and the "cardfactory Way".
• Coach and develop team members while continuing to grow your own skills.
• Drive store initiatives, maintain clear communication, and foster an inclusive, positive atmosphere.
• Monitor key performance metrics to keep the store running smoothly.
