Sales Closer / SDR - Roofing Experience Required

About the role

We’re looking for a high‑performing Sales Closer / SDR to join a growing roofing and solar company serving residential and commercial customers. The role focuses on handling inbound leads, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads through calls, email, and SMS.
• Conduct outreach to warm leads and manage follow‑up throughout the sales process.
• Qualify leads, identify customer needs and prepare quotations.
• Assist with insurance‑related issues and manage sales conversations from initial contact to closing.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and GoHighLevel and ensure timely follow‑up activities.
• Coordinate with the team to move opportunities forward and perform additional sales and administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, lead conversion and closing.
• Must have experience working in the roofing industry and understand the insurance process.
• Strong follow‑up, pipeline management and negotiation skills.
• Highly proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
