Sales Representative (Closer) – Healthcare – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performance Sales Representative (Closer) specialized in healthcare solutions. The role focuses on closing warm inbound leads for a U.S.-based virtual clinic and pharmacy product business. All interactions are remote and conducted with U.S. doctors, entrepreneurs and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 100% warm inbound leads – no cold calling required.
• Conduct follow‑up calls with pre‑qualified prospects to close high‑ticket Virtual Clinic implementation deals ($5,000–$10,000).
• Explain sensitive medical and business information clearly and confidently to build immediate trust.
• Manage a fast‑paced pipeline to ensure qualified leads convert before they consider competitors.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Adapt communication style based on whether you are speaking with a doctor, entrepreneur, or patient.

Required profile

• C1/C2 Advanced English with a fully neutral accent – non‑negotiable.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, closing, or account management.
• Highly articulate with a consultative, trust‑first approach to sales.
• Comfortable discussing sensitive healthcare topics and high‑ticket investments over the phone.
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly and guide prospects to a decision.
• Organized and disciplined in pipeline management – you don’t let warm leads go cold.
• Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.
