Talent Partner – Remote Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Talent Partner to own and continuously improve the candidate journey from first outreach through pre‑onboarding. You will combine empathy, speed, process thinking, and AI to create a memorable hiring experience for candidates across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate experience, ensuring clear, engaging, and human touchpoints.
• Design and refine recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates, and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep recruitment processes moving quickly while maintaining quality.
• Use recruiting data to spot bottlenecks and optimise hiring workflows.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation tools to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
• Introduce fresh ideas that make every interaction modern, thoughtful, and memorable.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, or related fields.
• Passion for applying AI to redesign recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
• Comfortable working in remote or hybrid environments.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Proven ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work autonomously.
• Stable professional history with at least one company of 2 + years.
