Talent Partner (Recruitment Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Partner who will own the end‑to‑end candidate experience for our fast‑growing US startup clients across Latin America. You will combine empathy, speed and technology to make every interaction memorable while supporting the hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the candidate journey from first outreach through interviews and pre‑onboarding.
• Design and continuously improve recruiting communications such as emails, templates and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring managers to keep recruitment processes moving with urgency and high quality.
• Analyze recruiting data to spot bottlenecks and optimise workflows.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation tools to reduce manual work and ensure consistency.
• Introduce fresh ideas that keep the Viva Talent experience modern and thoughtful.
• Adapt quickly in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or related people‑focused roles.
• Passion for applying AI to redesign recruiting workflows.
• Comfortable working remotely and fluent in English (C1+).
• Proven stability with at least one previous employer for 2 + years.
• Ownership mindset, proactive and able to work autonomously.
