Staff Product Designer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology consultancy with more than 15 years of experience and a team of 4,000+ remote professionals, is hiring a Staff Product Designer. You will lead the end-to-end evolution of product experiences, from discovery to delivery, balancing user needs with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across the product.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, turning complex problems into user-centric solutions.
• Conduct deep user research and synthesis to validate concepts and drive product strategy.
• Foster collaboration between engineering, product and design teams to streamline shipping workflows.
• Implement Design Ops initiatives to optimise internal design processes and team efficiency.
• Define the long-term design vision and oversee the execution of critical product features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or a related senior design role.
• Demonstrated experience owning the end-to-end product experience from discovery to shipping.
• Strong background in product strategy and user research.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proven expertise in Figma and building scalable design systems.
• Proficiency in Design Ops and working with cross-functional teams at scale.
