Advanced Video Editor & Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking an Advanced Video Editor & Graphic Designer to produce high‑quality visual content for a fast‑growing international real‑estate business. The role combines video production, graphic design, and marketing support in an on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging videos, including long‑form YouTube content, vlogs, and educational material.
• Repurpose long‑form footage into short‑form reels, social‑media clips, and other promotional assets.
• Design digital and print marketing collateral such as flyers, postcards, feature sheets, and social‑media graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Intermediate to advanced experience in video editing and professional graphic design.
• Proven ability to edit green‑screen footage and follow detailed feedback.
• Strong communication skills and a portfolio showcasing both video and design work.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro
• Opus Clip (preferred)
