Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Remote, Nicaragua)

About the role

A virtual staffing company working with a Canadian real estate client is hiring a freelance, full-time Graphic Designer & Video Editor. The role is 100% remote from Nicaragua, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Nicaragua time), reporting directly to the Creative Manager. The creative team supports the client's marketing by promoting properties and agents, managing event registrations, developing branding campaigns and producing podcasts.

Key responsibilities

• Graphic design: create visuals for social media, advertising campaigns, email marketing and print, keeping brand identity and adapting designs to different formats and platforms.
• Video editing: edit videos for social media, YouTube and events, adding visual effects, transitions and graphics, and adapting them to each platform.
• Copywriting: write social media posts, email campaign content and podcast episode descriptions.
• Content management: schedule and publish content on social media, YouTube and email platforms according to content calendars and deadlines, ensuring brand quality standards.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing and social media management.
• B2 English (upper-intermediate), written and spoken.
• Creativity, organization, attention to detail and ability to manage several projects.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Own laptop, headset with microphone and stable internet connection.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Access to Adobe Creative Cloud.
