Sitecore CMS Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology consultancy with more than 15 years of experience and a team of 4,000+ remote engineers, is hiring a Sitecore CMS Engineer. The role involves designing, customizing and maintaining enterprise-level content management solutions, working with cross-functional teams to turn complex business needs into high-performance digital experiences and scalable web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize and support enterprise-grade web solutions on the Sitecore content management platform.
• Architect and manage content structures so they are scalable and flexible and aligned with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, security measures and system integrations.
• Work with frontend developers and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust functionality.
• Implement best practices for code quality, configuration management and platform lifecycle updates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or web development focused on content management systems.
• Proven expertise in developing, customizing and maintaining enterprise solutions with Sitecore CMS.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework technologies.
• Sitecore CMS development and customization.
