Business Intelligence & Power BI Architect (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Business Intelligence & Power BI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data visualization and architecture solutions. You will work remotely and collaborate closely with stakeholders to turn complex data environments into high-performance reporting structures that support strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and govern analytics environments to ensure data integrity and scalable performance.
• Design and optimize semantic models for enterprise reporting and cross-functional visibility.
• Develop and streamline advanced ETL workflows to integrate disparate data sources.
• Mentor engineering teams and foster best practices in model development.
• Work with business leaders to turn operational needs into robust reporting solutions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Architecture or a related senior role.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Microsoft Fabric architectures and semantic models.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and align with business stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Power BI, including complex DAX modeling and optimization.
• ETL workflow development with Alteryx or SQL-based systems.
• Microsoft Fabric and semantic modeling.
