Process Data & Integration Specialist (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology consultancy with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is looking for an Integration and Automation Specialist. The role streamlines workflows and improves operational efficiency by designing and implementing automated solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and optimizing data processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python scripts for process automation.
• Create, optimize and maintain SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
• Build integrations between systems using tools such as Workato, Zapier or n8n.
• Automate workflows between APIs, databases and internal tools.
• Organize and analyze data using spreadsheets such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Document integrations, automations and implemented processes.
• Collaborate with product, data and operations teams to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience with data integration and process automation.
• Proficiency in Python for automation or data processing.
• Experience with at least one automation or integration platform such as Workato, Zapier or n8n.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating databases.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• ETL processes or data pipelines.
• Webhooks and API integrations.
• Version control such as Git.
• Business process automation (BPA/RPA).
• AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude and Gemini.
