Senior Technical Support Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with a remote-first team of 4,000+ engineers, is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer. You will be the main technical point of contact for partners and customers, acting as an escalation point for complex technical challenges and diagnosing and resolving high-level integration issues.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee technical customer support operations, focusing on complex API-related issues and application code analysis.
• Lead the technical onboarding of new partners, guiding them through integration with the company's ecosystems.
• Analyze system data and integration points to find the root causes of connectivity or performance problems.
• Work with engineering and cross-functional teams to align success metrics and improve long-term system reliability.
• Document complex technical resolutions and best practices to share knowledge across the support organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineering or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Proven expertise in REST API troubleshooting and reading application code to identify issues.
• Hands-on experience with partner onboarding and supporting complex integrations.
• Strong communication skills with customers and technical teams, and advanced English proficiency.
