Senior Strategic Data Analyst (Remote)

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is hiring a Senior Strategic Data Analyst. The role uses advanced data analytics to drive strategic decisions and business growth, turning complex datasets into actionable insights aligned with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain performance dashboards and data visualizations to track business performance.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to define, monitor and analyze key business metrics and strategic KPIs.
• Turn analytical findings into clear narratives and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Perform advanced data modeling and data quality assessments to ensure accurate, trusted reporting.
• Oversee analytical frameworks supporting long-term strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a related field.
• Proven expertise in writing advanced SQL queries and performing data modeling.
• Strong hands-on experience in dashboarding, data visualization and defining KPIs.
• Exceptional business storytelling, data quality analysis and stakeholder communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
