Senior Paid Advertising Strategist – Client Experience

Power Digital is seeking a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist to lead performance‑marketing strategy and execution for high‑value client accounts. The role combines deep channel expertise with advanced measurement, client communication, and mentorship to drive revenue growth and brand impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute performance‑marketing strategies across marquee accounts, aligning campaigns with client business objectives.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance to safeguard revenue and ensure accurate budget pacing, recommending adjustments as needed.
• Demonstrate expert‑level proficiency in at least two major paid‑media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat).
• Analyze campaign data and client‑specific sources of truth to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain and evolve client testing roadmaps, leveraging AI and the Nova ecosystem to improve workflows.
• Mentor junior team members, uphold delivery excellence, and foster cross‑channel integration.
• Lead proactive client communication, navigate challenging conversations, and facilitate strategic discussions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in performance‑marketing or paid‑media strategy.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high‑budget campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills and ability to lead and mentor teams.
