Senior Data Analyst (Healthcare) - Remote

About the role

BairesDev is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for a remote healthcare project. The analyst analyzes clinical electronic medical record (EMR) data and biometric device data, combining several data sources to deliver clinical and operational value. The main focus is building metrics that show product value during go-lives and expansions, then automating their generation and display, working cross-functionally with product and data engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze clinical EMR data and biometric device data to generate actionable insights.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to support product and operational decisions.
• Develop robust metrics that demonstrate product value during go-lives and expansions.
• Build pipelines that automatically generate and display defined metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and data engineering teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Solid statistics background.
• Exposure to healthcare data.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: understanding of data engineering concepts.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Databricks.
• Data visualization.
• Familiarity with Claude Code.
