Sales Associate / Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Our Assistants connects logistics, property management and service-based businesses with virtual professionals, and is looking for a results-driven Sales Associate / SDR to engage prospective business clients, run discovery calls and present remote staffing solutions. The role is remote, based in South Africa or Latin America, working US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges and staffing requirements.
• Present and pitch remote staffing solutions through professional video calls.
• Identify, qualify and nurture prospective business clients.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections and explain the value of remote staffing solutions.
• Manage prospect follow-ups, sales pipelines and CRM records.
• Collaborate with industry experts to develop tailored client solutions.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Experience in SaaS, BPO, remote staffing, digital marketing or professional services is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Must be based in South Africa or Latin America and available to work US business hours.

• Consultative sales approach with high emotional intelligence.
• Comfortable leading video calls and engaging with business clients.
