Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Disbo is looking for an organized, proactive and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Sales VA to support its growing sales team. You will help manage leads, talk to prospective clients, schedule product demos and support the sales pipeline. You do not need to be a senior software salesperson; the role grows into more sales responsibilities over time.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
• Qualify prospects and schedule product demos.
• Conduct product demos over Zoom after training on the Disbo platform.
• Explain Disbo's basic features and value to prospects.
• Manage and organize leads in HubSpot, make sure they are assigned and followed up, and keep accurate notes, statuses and next steps in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email after calls and demos.
• Support the sales team with pipeline and backend lead management and communicate professionally with U.S.-based prospects.
• Gradually take on additional sales and closing responsibilities.

Required profile

• 1-2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, business development or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident and professional on the phone and over Zoom, comfortable presenting and screen-sharing software after training.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to follow up consistently with leads.
• Able to manage multiple prospects and tasks at once, work independently and work U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
• Experience with U.S.-based clients and SaaS, technology, legal or professional-services experience is a plus.
