Associate Customer Operations Manager

About the role

Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, serving workers in 150+ countries. As Associate Customer Operations Manager, you will be the face and voice of Deel for its clients, building genuine, durable relationships and turning them into long-term revenue growth. You act as a trusted advisor giving strategic guidance on operational and product issues, and as an internal advocate championing new products and capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client accounts as part of the growth function
• Build relationships and guide clients through their experience journey
• Train clients on Deel processes and how to use the platform
• Lead client conversations around product adoption and future growth, always returning to Deel's value propositions
• Solve account challenges and help reduce churn
• Act as a mini project manager, understanding account needs and building solutions
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Strategic CSMs and onboarding managers
• Share customer insights with Revenue and product teams

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in any customer-facing role, support or operations
• Previous experience in a fast-growth startup, payroll company, top-tier consulting, investment banking or private equity
• Ability to handle and prioritize high volumes of customer requests
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Curious, analytical and comfortable drawing insights from complex data
