Recruitment Specialist – Talent Partner

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Recruitment Specialist (Talent Partner) to own and continuously improve the candidate journey across its Latin‑American operations. You will combine empathy, speed, process thinking and AI‑driven tools to ensure every interaction is clear, engaging and memorable, from first outreach through pre‑onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end candidate experience, ensuring each touchpoint is transparent, human and engaging.
• Design, test and refine recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep recruitment pipelines moving quickly while preserving quality.
• Analyse recruiting data to spot bottlenecks, optimise workflows and enhance the candidate journey.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation to reduce manual work and increase consistency at scale.
• Introduce fresh, modern ideas that make Viva’s interactions thoughtful and memorable.
• Adapt rapidly in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations or related fields.
• Demonstrated passion for applying AI to redesign recruiting workflows.
• Comfortable working remotely or in hybrid settings.
• Strong English communication skills (C1+ level).
• Proven ownership mindset, proactive and resource‑oriented.
• Stable professional history, including a minimum of 2 years at a single employer.
