About the role

The Telemarketing Officer will join Seguros Lafise to promote insurance products through outbound phone calls. The role is focused on achieving sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to present and sell insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Respond to inbound inquiries, providing clear information and resolving issues.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas while adhering to quality standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• University student in the final years of economics, business, communication, engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in telephone sales or customer service.
• Strong orientation toward customer service and results.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
