Junior Inside Sales Executive

About the role

Prime Landscaping & Snow Removal is looking for a Junior Inside Sales Executive to join its sales team in Managua. The role focuses on outbound calling to qualify leads, present services, and secure appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via outbound calls to gauge interest in landscaping, maintenance, and project services.
• Record call activity, notes, and lead details in HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for Account Executives or Estimators based on interest and service fit.
• Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural, professional tone.
• Listen actively, address client objections or questions courteously, and build rapport.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in sales or customer service.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish.
• High attention to detail, strong phone etiquette, reliable punctuality for on‑site work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred but not required.
