Mid-Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Java or Python + React, TypeScript, AWS)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to join our fast‑moving team and help deliver cutting‑edge solutions for top startups and enterprises. You will own features from concept to production, working across backend services, APIs, and responsive front‑end interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java or Python.
• Build dynamic, responsive web applications with React and TypeScript.
• Own the full feature lifecycle, including database schema design, backend logic, API development, and front‑end implementation.
• Write unit, integration, and functional tests, ensuring high quality and coverage.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce clean, efficient, best‑practice code.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ClaudeCode, Codex) to boost development efficiency and automate testing and CI/CD tasks.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with full‑stack responsibilities.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication.
• Team‑player mindset, comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Proactive ownership of product features and continuous learning attitude.
