Full-stack Python AI Engineer - Remote

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Full-stack Python AI Engineer to own end‑to‑end features of an enterprise AI assistant used by thousands of employees. You will work across backend and frontend, focusing on agent integrations, RAG pipelines, API services, and the user interface.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for AI agents and skill integrations.
• Build and update frontend interfaces within an established design system.
• Validate agent behavior using comprehensive evaluation sets.
• Balance work across the stack with an approximate 70/30 backend‑frontend split.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Python experience (8+ years for lead‑level scope).
• Proficiency with LLM integration and RAG pipelines in production using LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Working knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS and ability to work PST hours.
• Advanced English proficiency.
