About the role

Karat is seeking experienced software engineers to join its Interview Engineer community on a contract basis. You will work remotely, facilitating technical interviews and helping improve hiring processes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

Facilitate technical interviews through Karat's platform, ensuring an enjoyable candidate experience.
Evaluate candidates on coding skills, communication, and problem‑solving approach.
Partner with Karat to test interview content, processes, and product improvements.

Required profile

3+ years of experience as a software developer or engineer.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
Reliable access to a webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.
