About the role
Karat is seeking experienced software engineers to join its Interview Engineer community on a contract basis. You will work remotely, facilitating technical interviews and helping improve hiring processes worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate technical interviews through Karat's platform, ensuring an enjoyable candidate experience.
- Evaluate candidates on coding skills, communication, and problem‑solving approach.
- Partner with Karat to test interview content, processes, and product improvements.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience as a software developer or engineer.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Reliable access to a webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.
