DevSecOps Engineer – Secure Cloud & CI/CD Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevSecOps Engineer with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience to join a small, high‑performing team. You will help design, build, and secure cloud infrastructure while embedding security throughout our development pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate automated security scanning (SAST, DAST, container scanning) into CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain and audit cloud compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR) using automated policies.
• Implement security‑as‑code practices in Terraform and other IaC tools.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to cloud security incidents.
• Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, OpenSearch, EKS).
• Operate and harden Kubernetes clusters, applying network policies, RBAC, and pod security standards.
• Collaborate on Terraform‑based IaC maintenance and drive automation improvements.
• Document infrastructure, processes, and security decisions clearly.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles with a strong security focus.
• Security‑first mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
