Legal Intake Specialist

About the role

Arvenda is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients of U.S.-based law firms. This remote, full‑time position focuses on quickly responding to leads, qualifying cases, and scheduling initial consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries within 7 seconds.
• Gather preliminary case information to determine fit with the firm’s practice areas.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, SMS, and email to maintain engagement and maximize consultation show rates.
• Enter and maintain detailed prospect data in the CRM, logging every interaction.
• Collect required documentation and coordinate video consultations, assisting clients with technical issues.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, follow‑up volume, and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Prior experience in legal intake, inside sales, customer service, or a similar high‑volume client‑facing role.
• Availability to work Tuesday – Saturday, including weekends.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills in advanced English.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
