Immigration Client Relations Coordinator

About the role

The Immigration Client Relations Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact between the firm and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely document collection, and overall support throughout immigration cases.

Key responsibilities

• Answer legal team calls, address client inquiries via phone, email, text, and schedule attorney consultations.
• Collect and track required client documents using the Pipefile system, submit FBI background checks, and manage e‑signatures through Vinesign.
• Schedule client appointments (biometrics, USCIS interviews, hearings) and keep the removal tracker up to date.
• Provide regular case updates, explain legal procedures, and coordinate with team members to resolve client issues.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication and detail‑orientation.
• Minimum 1 year experience in U.S. immigration law focusing on client communications.
• Proven ability to handle live client calls and follow up diplomatically on document submissions.
• Comfortable multitasking across communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or case‑management platforms such as FileVine.
• Proficiency using e‑signature tools like Vinesign.
• Familiarity with document tracking and submission processes for immigration filings.

What we offer

• Monthly salary USD 1,500–1,700, negotiable based on experience.
• Full‑time remote position (40 hours/week), Monday‑Friday 9 am–5 pm EST.
