Bilingual Intake Specialist – Night Shift (Remote)

About the role

Join a leading U.S. personal injury law firm as the first point of contact for prospective clients. Working night shifts from a remote location in LATAM, you will conduct bilingual intake interviews, gather essential case details, and schedule attorney consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from English‑ and Spanish‑speaking prospective clients.
• Conduct thorough personal injury intake interviews and verify client information.
• Identify potential personal injury cases based on established criteria.
• Schedule consultations with attorneys and follow up as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the firm’s CRM system.
• Provide compassionate, professional customer service throughout the intake process.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as an intake specialist with a U.S. law firm.
• Direct experience with personal injury intake.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle sensitive information.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
