Bilingual Employment Law Intake Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a vibrant, Spanish‑bilingual Intake Specialist to be the welcoming voice of our employment law practice. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients dealing with workplace disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, wage claims, and harassment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound intake calls, providing a warm and empathetic phone presence.
• Conduct structured prescreening to gather essential claim details such as termination dates, employer information, and discrimination grounds.
• Assist Spanish‑speaking clients through the intake questionnaire, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Schedule initial consultations with qualified prospects and maintain precise calendar management.
• Log intake notes, upload documentation to the firm’s legal management software, and follow up on missed calls and web leads.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Outstanding phone demeanor—warm, empathetic, confident, and articulate under stress.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and reliable follow‑through.
• Prior experience in legal intake, employment law, call‑center outreach, or high‑volume customer service preferred.

Required skills

• Comfortable navigating legal CRM/case management software and VOIP phone systems.
• Proficient with daily administrative tools and basic tech‑savvy tasks.

What we offer

• Full‑time contractor position (40 hours/week) with a starting pay rate of $6 per hour, dependent on skillset and experience.
• Standard schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm PST.
